The Mortgage Company opened its doors in 1996. The company is owned by Randy Graham, and Larry Curran- longtime Salina residents.  Combined Randy and Larry have over 30 years banking experience in the state of Kansas. At present there are nine loan originators available to assist you in exploring how to qualify for a home loan, and to determine the amount of loan for which you qualify. These nine loan originators have over 100 years combined home loan experience.

The Mortgage Company combines it vast loan originator experience with a very knowledgeable support staff, and a wide variety of loan products which includes both fixed and adjustable rate loans, conventional, VA, FHA, Rural Housing, First-Time Homebuyers and loans up to 103% of the purchase price. We close our own loans in each of our offices in Salina, Abiliene, and Manhattan.

Pre-qualifying borrowers, taking loan applications, and closing loans can be scheduled at the borrower's convenience - taking into consideration the borrower's work schedule. It is not unusual for our loan originators to meet with our borrowers and their Realtors in the evenings, early mornings, and on the weekends.

The Mortgage Company has established relationships with a number of sources for very competitively priced home loans that allow for a great deal of flexibility in arranging a home loan. A borrower's credit history need not be spotless in order to obtain a home loan.
